Shipping by regular mail is free for all orders exceeding $99. On orders less than $99, the regular shipping fee is $9.95 per item.
Shipping by courrier is $14.95 for each of the first three items in Canada and the US, $17 per item elsewhere.

1) The delivery time can vary in case of national holidays, customs delays or temporary unavailability of items ordered. In these cases our customers are normally alerted by a salonproductdeals.com customer service professional about the delay.
2) Additional shipping costs may be applied to specific remote areas.
3) There is no restocking fee if salonproductdeals.com made an error (shipping the wrong item, wrong color etc.) or the item shipped was damaged in transit, defective etc. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied to any returns. We do not accept returns for customer side negligence.
SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH BILLING ADDRESS
To combat fraud, we will simply refund any credit card orders if the shipping and billing address are not identical. Please use Western Union if you insist on having your purchase sent to an address other than your own. The only time an exception will be made is if you are a long established customer with no history of problematic transactions and your order is relatively small.
Unfortunately, in some cases, your country Custom and Revenue office may charge you taxes and duty. Please be aware, that we could not be held responsible for any of these charges. Therefore, if charges are applied, it is your responsibility to pay it.
Shipping is during business days, which means MONDAY to FRIDAY, except for holidays. We can not be held responsible if there are delays because of holidays and weather conditions. There also could be slight delays due to the some of the ordered items needing to be restocked.
All shipping services used by salonproductdeals.com provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package (except Expedited Shipping for Western Europe). In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you will be charged the actual shipping fee (not according to the above table). The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item. We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.
CUSTOMS AND SALES TAX
While we make all the efforts to make sure your items are not withheld by customs for verifications, we cannot guarantee that a customs verification will not delay your purchase.
On salonproductdeals.com you always pay the amount related to the items you are purchasing and the shipping costs (exception—as our operational center is located in Canada, we are forced to charge the federal sales tax for our Canadian customers (exception: customers from Quebec will be charged the federal as well as the provincial sales taxes). As the customs taxes are not in our direct control, we cannot commit into reimbursing them for you. You will be bound to cover the customs taxes (if any) upon the receipt of your package.

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
