Returns, Refunds and Replacements
Before returning an item, please contact customer service by emailing us using our contact form or by phone at 1-800-826-8026 from 9:00am-5:00pm EST Monday to Friday.
You can return any item for a full refund provided that you have not removed it from its packaging and not damaged it. We will also accept returns in the extremely rare cases of the merchandise being defective. Please understand that we cannot accept items which you have used (for example hairbrushes, opened bottles of shampoo or any merchandise which have been exposed to smoke and/or perfume. If possible, all items must be returned in the original packaging.
Please include your name, address and order number in the box in which you return the merchandise.
Items must be returned within seven (7) days of your receiving them. In rare instances, when an item is defective or not as you specified in your order, we will exchange or refund it with no extra charges at our expense. Otherwise, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after we receive the returned item(s). The client must pay shipping costs when an item is exchanged.
We will refund your payment within 7 business days of our receiving the returned merchandise. If you paid by credit card, the refund is usually registered within a few business days after we effect it. However, in rare instances, credit card companies have taken as much as 3 weeks to update the statements of their clients.
